My goal with these activities is to talk about chocolate from another angle, presenting the work of bean-to-bar chocolate makers and their products.

The topics I cover during my talks are, among others:
– pleasure of tasting chocolate
– types of chocolates
– process of making chocolate from the cacao bean
– how cacao grows
– the history of chocolate
– sustainability and ethical issues
– pairings with other foods (beers, spirits, cheeses, etc.)
